English Language Learners Coordinator
Position Summary:
The ELL Coordinator oversees the planning, coordination, and management of a free, one-night-per- week English language program serving immigrant and multilingual adults in the surrounding community. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality, accessible, and effective English learning program that supports students as they navigate linguistic, social, and practical challenges. The coordinator collaborates with internal ministries and community partners to ensure the program is well- integrated, compliant, and responsive to student needs. The coordinator also serves to build relationships and help participants engage in the life of the church.

Worship/Music Pastor
Position Summary:
Lead our church family in the worship of God through music. Foster a ministry culture rooted in humility, joy, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. Develop musicians, leaders, and help shape worship gatherings that are Christ-centered and Spirit-led. Value and embody Emotionally Healthy Discipleship, helping build teams and ministries that prioritize spiritual formation, relational health, and deep intimacy with God.
College Ministry Director
Position Summary:
Lead, nurture, and strengthen ProvCollege Ministry. Provide pastoral care and spiritual leadership for college-aged young adults, while also shepherding volunteer leaders. Oversee the ongoing growth and success of ProvCollege Life Groups on a large scale and by leading one personally.
Recruit and oversee adult and student leadership teams. Facilitate and continue to develop monthly Family Dinners. Initiate communications and opportunities to help college-aged young adults meaningfully connect, serve, and grow in discipleship at Providence. Pursue opportunities to engage West Chester University students on-campus.

Youth Director
Position Summary:
Lead and grow ProvFairview's youth ministry for middle and high school students. Share the gospel, disciple students, and provide pastoral care in a safe, engaging, relational, and Christ-centered environment. Equip volunteer leaders, support parents, and collaborate with staff to build strong connections across family ministries and in the community.
